SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All purchases are shipped via USPS. Purchases may not be shipped to a PO Box.
Orders received will be shipped in the next 2-5 business days. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Products available for purchase at any moment are subject to availability on stock on hand. Antarctikahome will contact you in the event your product is unavailable. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you via e-mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade throws, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we will ask you a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sales and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Pillows are not eligible for returns for a reason of health concerns.
Once we have inspected and approved your return, we will advise you by e-mail. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment within the next 10 business days of the approval.

Shipping charges are not refundable with the exception of defective merchandise.
all shipping charges for a return are at the customer responsibility.
