  • How can I return damaged items?
    If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your package. Because all our products are hand dyed by artisans, none of them will have exactly the same pattern and you might experience slight differences in size and color. We take pride in creating completely unique pieces for you!
  • Are the Throws washable?
    Yes! All our fabrics have been pre-washed. Wash in cold water with very mild detergent. Dry at very low temperature or hang dry. Iron if necessary at low temperature. Nevertheless, we would recommend to spot clean or dry clean our products.
  • Do you use real fur?
    Never. Our soft throws and luxry throw pillows are made from the coziest and most luxurious faux fur, and the finest cruelty-free fabrics and materials.
